Vyntez Care provides a software-as-a-service platform that helps employers track employee eligibility, manage health coverage records, monitor affordability thresholds, and prepare IRS ACA reporting (Forms 1094-C and 1095-C).
Welcome to Vyntez Care. These Terms of Service govern your organization's access to and use of the Vyntez Care ACA compliance platform, including all related applications, features, and support services.
By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, you may not access the services.
Vyntez Care provides a software-as-a-service platform that helps employers track employee eligibility, manage health coverage records, monitor affordability thresholds, and prepare IRS ACA reporting (Forms 1094-C and 1095-C).
Vyntez acts solely as a technology provider and data processor. We are not a law firm, insurance carrier, benefits broker, or tax preparation agency, and we do not make coverage or filing decisions on behalf of your organization.
Information and calculations produced by the platform are intended to support—not replace—guidance from qualified legal counsel, tax advisors, or benefits consultants. You remain responsible for verifying compliance with applicable law.
The platform prepares informational returns based on data supplied by the customer. Vyntez does not independently verify the accuracy of source payroll or HR data provided by the customer or its integrated systems.
Each administrator and authorized user must maintain a unique account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials and must notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.
Customers must implement reasonable internal controls, including role-based access and periodic credential reviews, to protect employee data stored within the platform.
Where the platform processes protected health information on behalf of a covered entity, the parties will execute a Business Associate Agreement governing such processing.
The platform may integrate with third-party payroll, HRIS, or benefits systems. Vyntez is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of third-party services.
All platform software, designs, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Vyntez Solutions Pvt Ltd. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during their subscription term.
We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
Vyntez maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer data, as further described in our Security Standards.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that poses a security or legal risk to the platform or other customers.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except as expressly stated in a signed customer agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyntez shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including penalties assessed by the IRS resulting from inaccurate customer-provided data.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vyntez Solutions Pvt Ltd, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by a signed customer agreement.
